Drive

Google Drive houses all the files and folders owned by your domain, including docs, spreadsheets, and presentations. It is important to have control over how the items contained in Drive are being shared by your users, and their level of exposure to different media and entities outside of your domain. Using BetterCloud, admins can enforce certain settings on Drive items using Drive Sharing Policies.

Admins can also drill down into their domain's Google Drive content with useful filters such as owner, type, size, file extension, exposure level, people and domains shared with, and many more. This visibility also displays documents created outside of the domain, but shared with users within your environment. Drive Audit allows administrators to change Doc ownership and add and remove collaborators on individual documents, as well as on hundreds of documents at once. All actions are recorded in audit logs for compliance purposes.

Sites

Sites will allow you to view the exposure of the Google Sites that were created on your domain.

You can change the owners, collaborators, and sharing settings of a single Site or multiple Sites at a time.

You can also export all of the Sites to a spreadsheet view, which displays the Title, Owners Emails, Last Updated Date, Exposure, Categories, and Template used.

Calendars

Calendars will allow you to change the owners, collaborators, and sharing settings of a single calendar or multiple calendars at a time.

You can also export all of the calendars to a spreadsheet view, which displays the Title, Description, Owners Emails, Type, Exposure, Location and Time Zone.
