FAQ: Apps Butler


1.  Who can send broadcasts and reset passwords?

Only super admins who have registered to use BetterCloud.

2.  "I have invited users to use Apps Butler and they never received the invitation." / "Users have invited the Apps Butler themselves, but still won't work."

The most likely reason is that you have disabled some or all chat settings for a particular Org Unit.  Please open the Admin Console, navigate to Apps > G Suite > Google Talk/Hangouts > Advanced Settings and ensure that you have enabled chat for the domain:


3.  How do users invite themselves through Google Chat?

Users can invite themselves to use the Apps Butler by entering "appsbutler@mybettercloud.appspotchat.com" into the Chat box.
