BetterCloud is excited to offer an extensive integration with Azure AD. With this integration, you can trigger alerts and workflows directly from your Azure AD environment. BetterCloud also ingests Azure AD data into our system, providing full context on any user in your organization through User 360, and ensuring secure access to SaaS providers across your environment. You can find more information about the Azure AD integration below.

Integrating Azure AD with BetterCloud

Before any functionality will be available for an app in BetterCloud, the app must first be connected and verified. You can find instructions for adding the Azure AD integration by clicking here.

Directory

Users and groups from your domain's Azure AD account are available in the BetterCloud directory. They will be marked with the Azure AD logo in the Integration column on each Directory page:

Please note that users may have accounts in more than one service, which would cause them to appear with multiple application icons.

Actions

When entities are selected from primary grids and sub-grids in flyout tabs, an "Actions" menu of available options will appear. If applicable, Azure AD actions will be available to select from the Actions menu:

Workflows

Azure AD alerts, conditions, and actions are available in the Workflow Builder, organized under the Azure AD header in the WHEN, IF, and THEN sections. They are marked with the Azure AD logo. These can be combined with events, conditions, and actions for other integrated apps, allowing you to build a truly cross-platform automation.
