OneLogin Alerts in BetterCloud

Alerts in BetterCloud can be enabled and customized for your domain to keep you apprised of security concerns and monitor important settings. Alerts can also be used to trigger Workflows, allowing you to dynamically manage security concerns, redundancies, and routine admin tasks across your organization.

The following is a list of alerts currently available in BetterCloud from the OneLogin Integration:

New User

Description: This event triggers when any new OneLogin user is created. Add conditions to define this event further.

User Added to Group

Description: This event triggers when any user is added to a group. Add conditions to define this event further.

***BetterCloud syncs group additions from OneLogin once every 5 minutes***

User Added to Role

Description: This event triggers when any user is added to a role. Add conditions to define this event further.

User Removed from Group

Description: This event triggers when any user is removed from a group. Add conditions to define this event further.

***BetterCloud syncs group removals from OneLogin once every 24 hours***

User Removed from Role

Description: This event triggers when any user is removed from a role. Add conditions to define this event further.

User Status Changed

Description: This event triggers when any user's status changes. Add conditions to define this event further.

Please note that all of the Alerts listed above support adding additional conditions, allowing you to create custom Alerts in order to scope your alerting to suit your needs.
