This is a checklist of actions to take when setting up BetterCloud on your domain, to ensure that the application runs smoothly and you can use BetterCloud to its full potential. Each of these settings can be found in the Google Admin Console.
Admin Console > Apps > MarketPlace Apps
Turn BetterCloud "ON for everyone" which can be done here.
Admin Console > Apps > G Suite
Enable Google Groups for Business which can be done here.
Admin Console > Apps > G Suite > Drive and Docs
Check the setting "Allow users to install Google Drive Apps" which can be done here.
Check the setting "Let users receive files from outside this organization" which can be done here.
Admin Console > Apps > G Suite > Gmail
Check the setting "Let users delegate access to their mailbox to other users in the domain." which can be done here
Check the setting "Allow users to automatically forward incoming email to another address." which can be done here.
Subdomains must have at least one user with a primary email address on that subdomain, in order to show the subdomain in BetterCloud.
