Who counts as a user, admins or everyone on the domain?

All Active and Suspended Users on the domain. Unused licenses do not count and you will not be charged for them.

Do I pay for unused licenses?

No, you will only pay for Active and Suspended users on your domain.

What are the payment terms? (e.g. month-to-month, 6-month, 1-year)

Per user, annually.

Once I’ve purchased, can I downgrade or cancel my subscription?

Of course - you may uninstall the app or downgrade to a lower version at anytime, if available, but you will not be refunded for the subscription period that you have already paid for. 

In the future, if I decide to upgrade, how long does it take to roll over once I purchase?

It should be instant, but it can take up to 2 hours to be reflected in BetterCloud. If your version doesn't change please Submit a Billing Inquiry.

How do I renew my BetterCloud subscription?

Your BetterCloud subscription will automatically. If you would like to opt out of auto-renewal please send a request to billing@bettercloud.com.

What currency am I billed in?

BetterCloud bills exclusively in US dollars. Currency conversion is handled by the card issuer, country, etc.

I have a large domain, how can I go about receiving a discount?

For domains of a certain size looking for a discount, you can contact enterprise@bettercloud.com to discuss what options may be available to you.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Please contact billing@bettercloud.com for the options available to you. 

What payment options do you accept?

Credit or Debit - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you offer special pricing for Education/Non-profits?

Yes, we do! Please contact us for custom quote for your domain. 

I don’t see an option to upgrade as Edu/Non-profit, how can I get the special rate?

Email billing@bettercloud.com and we can process this manually.

Is there a minimum purchase order?

Yes, there is. Please contact us for more information, and for a custom quote based on your organization's needs. 

How do I know which version I am on?
