BetterCloud offers support through email ticketing and Live Chat in the BetterCloud app. We're available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time.
We will be closed during the following US holidays:
- New Year's Day - January 1
- Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
- US Independence Day - July 4
- Labor Day - First Monday in September
- Thanksgiving - Fourth Thursday in November
- Day After Thanksgiving - Fourth Friday in November
- Christmas - December 25
- Day After Christmas - December 26
When a holiday falls on Saturday, we will be closed on the preceding Friday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, we'll be closed on the following Monday.
BetterCloud does not offer phone support at this time.
Online support offers us the ability to provide helpful screenshots, links and videos, as well collect troubleshooting information from you, so that we can more efficiently address your questions and concerns. It also allows us to keep a detailed history of your interactions with us, and helps us collaborate with other BetterCloud team members in Billing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, in order to ensure that you have the best possible experience with our services.
However, we do understand that sometimes it can be easier to communicate with us by voice. For that reason, all members of the BetterCloud Support team are available to speak with you via Google Hangout, which will allow us to share screen views and troubleshoot together.
