BetterCloud Support Hours and Contact Information


BetterCloud offers support through email ticketing and Live Chat in the BetterCloud app. We're available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time. 


We will be closed during the remaining US holidays in 2017: 

  • Thanksgiving Day - November 23
  • Day After Thanksgiving - November 24
  • Christmas Day - December 25
  • Day After Christmas - December 26


We will be closed during the following US holidays in 2018:

  • New Year's Day - January 1
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day - January 15
  • Memorial Day - May 28
  • US Independence Day - July 4
  • Labor Day - September 3
  • Thanksgiving - November 22
  • Day After Thanksgiving - November 23
  • Christmas - December 25


BetterCloud does not offer phone support at this time.

Online support offers us the ability to provide helpful screenshots, links and videos, as well collect troubleshooting information from you, so that we can more efficiently address your questions and concerns. It also allows us to keep a detailed history of your interactions with us, and helps us collaborate with other BetterCloud team members in Billing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, in order to ensure that you have the best possible experience with our services. 

However, we do understand that sometimes it can be easier to communicate with us by voice. For that reason, all members of the BetterCloud Support team are available to speak with you via Google Hangout, which will allow us to share screen views and troubleshoot together.
