This article provides an overview of the available events (WHEN), conditions (IF), and actions (THEN) that you'll find in Workflows, from the available Zendesk connector in BetterCloud.

Events

Alerts

Administrator Added

Severity: Critical

Description: Users that have had super administrator permissions added

Trigger: Alert me when Administrator Added exceeds threshold of 1

Administrator Removed

Severity: Major

Description: USers that have had their super administrator permissions removed

Trigger: Alert me when Administrator Removed exceeds threshold of 1

New Agent Added

Severity: Major

Description: A new agent has been added to your team

Trigger: Alert me when New Agent Added exceeds threshold  of 1

New Organization Added

Severity: Minor

Description: A new organization has been added to your team

Trigger: Alert me when New Organization Added exceeds threshold of 1

Suspended User Count Exceeds Threshold

Severity: Major

Description: The number of users currently suspended has exceeded the threshold set

Trigger: Alert me when Suspended User Count Exceeds Threshold exceeds threshold of 3

Users with No Phone Number

Severity: Minor

Description: Users that are missing a Phone Number in their profile

Trigger: Alert me when Users with No Phone Number exceeds threshold of 1

Actions

Please note: All actions can be taken manually from the "Actions" dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the BetterCloud screen, if applicable, or added to a workflow as a THEN action for automation. 

 

Groups

Create Group

This action creates a group in Zendesk.

Create Organization

This action creates an organization in Zendesk.

 

Tickets

Create Ticket

This action creates a Zendesk ticket.

  

Users

Copy User to Zendesk

This action creates a Zendesk account for an existing user that is managed by BetterCloud.

Create User

This action creates a user in Zendesk.

Delete User

This action deletes a user's Zendesk account.

Reset Password

This action resets a user's Zendesk password.

Set User's Details

This action sets a user's details in Zendesk.

Set User's Email

This action sets a user's email in Zendesk.

Set User's Name

This action sets a user's name in Zendesk.

Set User's Notes

This action sets a user's notes in Zendesk.

Set User's Role

This action sets a user's role in Zendesk. 

Sign Out User

This action immediately signs a user out of Zendesk.

Suspend User

This action suspends a user in Zendesk.

Unsuspend User

This action unsuspends a user in Zendesk.
